Our story
It started with one ring and one bad year.
We wanted something quieter than a motivational poster and more durable than a note stuck to the mirror.
So we cut three sentences into steel and wore them until they stopped feeling like advice and started feeling like ours. That is the whole idea, and it has not needed much elaborating since.
Why a ring
Because your hands are always in shot.
A tattoo is permanent and a phone wallpaper is invisible within a week. A ring sits somewhere sensible in between — always with you, easy to notice on purpose, easy to ignore when you do not need it.
You catch it when you are typing. When you are holding a coffee. When you are about to say something you will regret. That timing is the entire product.
How they are made
Cut into the metal, not printed on it.
Each band starts as 316L surgical steel — the same grade used for things that live against skin all day without complaint. It is finished by physical vapour deposition, which bonds the colour to the surface rather than plating over it.
Then the sentence goes on by laser, in-house, one ring at a time. Printed text wears off a band like this within a season. Cut text does not.
